People always ask me—what type of artist are you?

To be honest, that’s not an easy question to answer. If I had to put myself in a box, I would consider myself a modern abstract expressionist. But the one thing everyone should know about me is that I hate being put into boxes. I feel like artists should have the opportunity to explore beyond the boxes they’re placed in. Only then can true forms of imagination be expressed.

Every piece I create is made with intention. From the medium to the name, my vision is present but hidden from the viewer. The goal is for the viewer to become a kind of detective, exploring the clues I’ve left behind and developing their own interpretation. Then, after learning my original intent, they can compare it to their own and gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.

For me, art isn’t just about appearances, it’s about sparking a deeper conversation. I want viewers to dig beneath the surface, challenge their own assumptions about what art can be, and uncover meanings that go beyond the obvious. It’s in that exploration where real connection happens.

I hope you enjoy the world I’ve created and the work presented here. It’s been just as fun to make as it is to share. And if even one piece makes you stop, question, or feel something new, then I’ve done my job.
