THE FRACTURED FLOW COLLECTION
digital art prints
ARTIST STATEMENT - where chaos meets control, and every mark tells a story.
The FRACTURED FLOW collection is an exploration of the tension between chaos and control, blending the organic movement of acrylic pour painting with the structure of digital linework. Acrylic pour is an unpredictable process—paint flows freely, creating forms that can’t be entirely planned or repeated. In contrast, the digital elements bring a sense of order, imposing structure over the randomness. These two forces push and pull against each other, but rather than being at odds, they work together to create something whole.
This balance isn’t just present in the artwork—it’s something I wrestle with in my own life. I’m always creating, always moving, always working on something. Yet both of these artistic processes demand a kind of patience that slows me down in ways I wouldn’t naturally allow myself. The fluidity of poured paint forces me to step back and let go, while the precision of digital illustration requires focus and intention. In that way, BLOT is more than a series—it’s a reflection of my own need to find harmony between movement and stillness, control and surrender.
With this series, I invite viewers to consider their own relationship with these forces. How much do we truly control? How much do we allow to unfold? There’s beauty in both order and disorder, and perhaps the real magic happens in the space where the two meet.
