ARTIST STATEMENT - Rorsimals are a series of abstract explorations into creating art from chaos. Each work starts as a series of quick, abstract, intersecting lines. From there, I examine the entire piece in search of a character. Once I find it, I add the necessary elements to bring it to the forefront. The result is a fun experiment featuring wacky creatures inspired by Rorschach inkblots (hence the name: Rorschach + animal = Rorsimals).

My goal with this series is to create a fun, entry-level art collection that invites viewers to play their own game of visual hide-and-seek, discovering their own hidden creatures within the lines. After all, art doesn't always have to be so serious. Sometimes, the strange and abstract can spark the imagination in new and interesting ways.

All HIGH QUALITY PRINTS are printed on matte photo paper in-house. They will ship from my home in a Padded envelope. These are perfect for those who love my work but are also on a budget. All versions in this collection are Open Editions.

All GECLEE PRINTS are printed on Entrada Natural Rag 100% cotton paper and ship flat on Corrugated Cardboard. FRAMED artwork will look similar to the above images. All versions in this collection are Open Editions. except for the 12 x 18 framed artworks which are 1of 1 editions which also come with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, or the order will be canceled. If you change your mind or no longer wish to proceed, just let me know!

All sales are final once payment is processed. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. If your piece is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24–48 hours of delivery. I will do my absolute best to resolve the issue, though remedies cannot be guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs tariffs that may occur during shipping.
